Returns and exchanges
30 days from delivery to return, and exchanges are free. If the size isn't right, swapping it is straightforward. Orders placed between 1 November and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 31 January, so a gift bought early is covered. Headwear and gift vouchers cannot be returned, so choose cap colours with care. See full returns policy.

Not Sure of His Size? Get a Gift Voucher.
First, try to find his size without asking. Read the letter size in something he wears often. Or lay a shirt he likes the fit of flat, measure across the chest 2.5cm below the armhole, and match that figure to the Chest, flat column for the exact product on the size guide. Ghillie cuts true to size: most men take their usual size, and if he is between sizes or layers heavily, size up. If it is still wrong, exchanges are free.
