21. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Standard Return Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Christmas Gift Returns
Orders placed after 21/11/25 may be returned up to 60 days.
How to Return:

Return Conditions

Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Packing slip must be included.

No returns accepted on headwear for hygiene reasons.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
To exchange, return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU Cooling-Off Period

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.
