For questions about sizing, an order, or a piece you are considering, use the form on this page and we will come back to you. Every email is answered by a person here. If you would rather write directly, the address is sales@ghillieuk.com. We usually reply within two hours, often straight away.

Delivery

Free UK delivery over £150, tracked. Under £150 a small tracked charge is calculated at checkout. Order before 10am on a working day and it is usually dispatched the same day. Standard UK orders travel on Royal Mail Tracked 48, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout if you need it sooner. Tracking details arrive by email as soon as it is on its way.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item. Exchanges are free: swapping a size costs you nothing. Log in to your account on this site to request a return, and once it is approved we email you a Royal Mail tracked returns link. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on headwear. The full policy sits in the Terms and Conditions in the footer.

Sizing

Every product page carries its own size chart next to the size picker, with chest, waist, hip and arm measurements in centimetres and inches. If you are between sizes, or you know you will be layering underneath, send us your chest measurement and what you plan to wear with it, and we will recommend a size.
