At Ghillie®, we aim to make shopping with us as simple and fair as possible.

Purchase Options:
We may offer a variety of purchase options, including one-time purchases, pre-orders, and limited-run releases. Each option will be clearly shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us at [insert your support email] with your order number.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may, however, return it in line with our Returns Policy.

Pre-Orders:

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once your pre-order has been shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

  • Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page, though these may vary slightly due to production or shipping schedules.

Refunds:
All approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of confirmation.
