Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

At Ghillie, we aim to make shopping with us as simple and fair as possible.

Purchase options

We may offer a variety of purchase options, including one-time purchases, pre-orders and limited-run releases. Each option is clearly shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

Order changes and cancellations

• You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
• To request a cancellation or amendment, email info@ghillieuk.com with your order number.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may, however, return it in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy, which gives you 30 days from delivery, with free exchanges.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once your pre-order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
• Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page, though these may vary slightly due to production or shipping schedules.

Refunds on cancellations

All approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of confirmation.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
