Do you offer free UK delivery, and how much is shipping?

Yes. UK delivery is free and tracked on orders over £150. Under £150, a small tracked charge is calculated at checkout. We ship on a Royal Mail tracked service and most UK orders travel on a tracked 24 hour service, so your order is usually with you the next working day after dispatch. Order before 9am on a weekday and it is dispatched the same day. Tracking details arrive by email as soon as it is on its way.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Log in to your account on this site and request the return; once it is approved, we email you a Royal Mail tracked returns link, and you then have 5 working days to post the item back. Items must come back as you received them, with tags attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on headwear. Refunds cover the value of the returned items, not the original shipping. Exchanges are free: swapping a size costs you nothing. Return the item in the wrong size and re-purchase the right one. The full policy sits in the Terms and Conditions in the footer.

How does Ghillie sizing fit?

True to size, cut for movement and layering rather than a slim or oversized look, so most men take their usual size. Flannels and gilets leave room for a tee or base layer underneath; if you are between sizes or plan to wear heavier layers, size up. Every product page carries its own size chart next to the size picker, and if the size is not right, exchanges are free. Caps adjust to fit, and because headwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, check the details before ordering. Still unsure? How should I wash and care for Ghillie clothing?

Each product page lists its own care instructions under the Care tab, because the right answer depends on the fabric. The short version: wool pieces like the Torr gilet and the Arkle jacket are dry clean only, flannels and cotton shirts machine wash cold or at 30 degrees and hang to dry, caps are spot clean only, and the Corrie down jacket takes a specialist down wash. When in doubt, wash less: air garments between wears and they last longer.

Where is Ghillie clothing made?

Ghillie is designed in Britain. The garments are made by trusted manufacturing partners overseas, chosen for their skill with the specific fabrics we use: our flannels and the Corrie down jacket in Turkey, the Torr gilet and Arkle jacket in Vietnam, and other pieces in China. We would rather be plain about that than imply otherwise. Design, fabric choices, fit and testing all happen here, and each product page notes where that piece is made.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. The Ghillie Gift Voucher is delivered by email, redeemable across the whole range, and has no expiry. For when he would rather choose his own.
