Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
- Login to your account using the top right icon in the header of this website.
- Enter automated code to log in.
- Fill in relevant information, including reasons for return and request a return.
- If the return request is approved, you will be sent a Royal Mail tracked returns link to the email used for the order.
- Click the Royal Mail tracked returns link in your inbox and follow the steps on the portal.
Please note our full returns policy can be found in our terms and conditions section in the footer. Our main points are as follows:
- You have 14 days to return/exchange the items, if you are not within this window, you will be unable to return the items.
- We do not accept returns on headwear for hygiene reasons.
- Your item must be as you received it and if there are any missing tags, we may not be able to process the return.
- You must ensure the package is secure before sending the items back.
- If you require an exchange, you must send the item in the wrong size back, and re-purchase the correct size item.
- Once you have have requested a return and it has been approved within the 14 day return window, you must return the item(s) within 5 working days. If you don't return the items within this window, we will assume you have decided to keep the items and cancel the return.
