Our best selling Hill loch shirt is back! We have worked on our classic design, tweaking details and fit to make it our most comfortable & durable shirt yet. It's the shirt which gets better with every wash.
New features:
- Adjusted the arm length slightly longer and added an extra button on the arm gusset so you can roll those sleeves up with ease.
- Added length to the front placket, allowing heat to be easily expelled from the chest.
- Reduced the weight in the shoulder and pocket area and dropped the seam to above chest height.
- Twin stitching on every seam for durability.
- Added zip on chest pocket to store wallets, fly boxes and tools safely.
- Added an extra size, up to 4XL... We have graded our 2XL-4XL to fit larger humans around the chest area with plenty of space.
- Added length in the body, graded mindfully across all sizes.

- 97% Organic Cotton - 3% Elastane
- 220gsm Peached, matte cotton twill finish.
- Lightweight chest pocket with zip & popper fasteners.
- Contrast colour neck, front placket, inside cuffs and inside hem detailing for extra flare.
- Embroidered logo on rear centre shoulder.
- Softens up as you wear and wash.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
- Login to your account using the top right icon in the header of this website.
- Enter automated code to log in.
- Fill in relevant information, including reasons for return and request a return.
- If the return request is approved, you will be sent a Royal Mail tracked returns link to the email used for the order.
- Click the Royal Mail tracked returns link in your inbox and follow the steps on the portal.
Please note our full returns policy can be found in our terms and conditions section in the footer. Our main points are as follows:
- You have 14 days to return/exchange the items, if you are not within this window, you will be unable to return the items.
- We do not accept returns on headwear for hygiene reasons.
- Your item must be as you received it and if there are any missing tags, we may not be able to process the return.
- You must ensure the package is secure before sending the items back.
- If you require an exchange, you must send the item in the wrong size back, and re-purchase the correct size item.
- Once you have have requested a return and it has been approved within the 14 day return window, you must return the item(s) within 5 working days. If you don't return the items within this window, we will assume you have decided to keep the items and cancel the return.

I've got a couple of these, one of the original style and now one of the newer ones. There are slight differences which have made improvements on the first version, such as the increased length of the button open cuffs on the sleeves which make the sleeves easier to roll up. So it's good to see a company using feedback and testing to make their already good clothing, even better. I wear these tops for everything, dossing about the house, cooking, gardening, fishing, DIY. I'd describe my body shape as a square (my partner would probably say barrel), which means for activities which needs a range of movement, such as fly fishing, other tops can cut in a bit under the arms or be too much of a fitted style. These shirts aren't baggy, but have room in handy areas like around the shoulder and under the arms, to give that freedom of movement. They're a no nonsense, but practical, good looking shirt which I use for everything.
